Nocatee fun, like everything else, is planned to be unlike the best of the best. The Nocatee Water Park is planned as a major component of the new Nocatee Community Park.

The Nocatee Greenway consists of more than 5,000 acres of connecting parks, protected wildlife corridors, and wetlands preserves.

The Nocatee Preserve encompasses 2,400 acres of wildly beautiful land fronting a 3.5-mile stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway known as the Tolomato River.
