Nocatee Town Center
With a main street of great stores, charming places to eat and drink, and specialty shops, the Town Center of Nocatee is a lively new version of the traditional pedestrian friendly downtown.
The first shops in Town Center opened in January 2010, including the largest Publix Supermarket in Northeast Florida. The Town Center is everyone’s first choice for shopping, dining, business,socializing, and even in-town living. And just minutes from Nocatee’s neighborhood villages, residents are able to walk, bike or ride electric carts to this lively downtown destination.
An ideal place to work, the Town Center features corporate and professional office space for businesses large and small. Flagler Development Company has announced its plans for a Class A Corporate office park in the heart of Nocatee’s Town Center, which is planned to include multiple buildings totaling 675,000 square feet. Baptist Health has announced plans for a 60,000 square foot primary care facility in Town Center, providing outpatient care in the areas of family medicine, pediatric and internal medicine for adults and children. Construction is planned to start in late summer with the office opening in early 2015. First Coast Energy, parent company of Daily’s, plans to build 5,700 square foot flagship Daily’s store at the Nocatee Town Center. The store will sell Shell gasoline, include a state-of-the-art car wash, and Dash, Daily’s new, fast-casual restaurant concept. First Coast Energy plans to begin construction on the new Nocatee Daily’s this summer with an expected opening date of October, 2014.
