With a main street of great stores, charming places to eat and
drink, and specialty shops, the Town Center of Nocatee is a lively
new version of the traditional pedestrian friendly downtown.
The first shops in Town Center opened in January 2010, including
the largest Publix Supermarket in Northeast Florida. The Town
Center will be everyone's first choice for shopping, dining,
business and socializing. There will even be opportunities
for stylish, convenient in-town living. The shopping district
will showcase a diverse selection of specialty boutiques and
popular businesses that will bring resident conveniences, such as:
clothing, banking, gas station, casual and café dining,
dry-cleaning and much more. And just minutes from Nocatee's
neighborhood villages, residents are able to walk, bike or ride
electric carts to this lively downtown destination.
An ideal place to work, the Town Center features corporate and
professional office space for businesses large and small.
Flagler Development Company has announced its plans for a Class A
Corporate office park in the heart of Nocatee's Town Center, which
is planned to include multiple buildings totaling 675,000 square
feet. And Baptist Health has announced plans for a 60,000
square foot primary care facility in Town Center, providing
outpatient care in the areas of family medicine, pediatric and
internal medicine for adults and children.
